If we are taking a cup of cold water to a thirsty person, treating someone to cookies, visiting our homebound, or  something else, we are meeting a need. When we meet a need, we serve the individual, but we are also serving Jesus. 

Mission & Outreach Projects

Pass it Forward

Pass It Forward is a project to bless members of the Jamestown community by helping someone with a gift card to a local grocery store.  When you are in the grocery store, you will notice a person that God is leading you to help. When that person’s groceries are being rung up, you will give the gift card to the sales clerk and the greeting card to the individual and you will walk away. Nothing needs to be said.
Several members have reported back on their experience of “Passing It Forward”, and each report has underlined the need in this area and through God’s grace; what a gift to be able to bless these people.

Homebound Ministry

We reach out to and visit the homebound within our community. If you or someone you know is homebound, please contact us and we will make sure you feel loved. If you would like to visit or send cards to some of our homebound, please talk to Pastor Jenni.

Homeless Ministry

We support local homeless ministries including City Mission and Joy Fellowship. If you would like more information about how to volunteer or give financially, please contact Pastor Jenni.
